Foam Roller Video
This video shows a simple and superficial way to use the foam roller on a number of areas. He does a decent job of explaining himself and there is a degree of creativity he uses with the technique. But, as most of my clients know, this quick rolling technique is only good for superficial muscle groups, to get deeper and effect more change in chronically tight areas you need to move slowly and sit in one place relaxing there for up to 1 1/2 minutes.
