“Many of you have attended my mobility classes, some having even been “healed” by something you learned in the class. However, no matter how much mobility work we do, there always seems to be those nagging little issues that seem to reappear a day or week after we “fix” them. Oftentimes they are related to an old injury or to a particular repetitive situation (sitting all day at work).
